Overlooking the Dijver, one of the most beautiful spots in the heart of historic Bruges, we are privileged to witness the coming and going of the seasons every day.
In our kitchen led by executive chef Wouter Van Tichelen, we work exclusively with the most local and fresh ingredients.
We work with local farmers, fishermen, breeders and hunters who respect nature's cycle and seasons. They supply us with nutritious and tasty top-quality ingredients. Together with them, we share a necessary consciousness for protecting our fields, sea and forests. In cooking, we let nothing go to waste and use everything Nature gives us.
Dedicated and aware of the world, we work in our kitchen to create a gastronomy of today, with the taste and memory of the past, but with an eye on the future.
Our restaurant will be open daily from 6.30pm except Sundays & Mondays.
